Saga-Coffee Affiliate Creator Program

1. Nature of the program

The Saga Coffee Creator Affiliate program is an affiliate program
commercial, based exclusively on one-off assignments offered by Saga
Coffee.

This program:

  • is not an ambassador program
  • is not a partnership
  • is not a sponsorship
  • does not imply any relationship of exclusivity or representation

The creator acts independently, without any subordinate relationship with
Saga Coffee.

2. Access to the program

Registration for the program is open, but:

  • Registration does not constitute collaboration,
  • nor a promise of a mission,
  • nor a right to remuneration.

Saga Coffee reserves the right to:

  • to propose or not to propose missions,
  • freely select the profiles invited to each mission.
  • modify or stop the program at any time.

3. How the missions work

  • The missions are offered exclusively by Saga Coffee.
  • They are limited in time (3 to 7 days).
  • They relate to a specific product and a promotion defined by Saga Coffee.
  • Missions cannot be requested by creators.
  • Each mission is independent and does not confer any future rights.

Participation in a mission does not confer any special status on the
creator.

4. Remuneration and commissions

The creator's remuneration is based exclusively on commissions generated.
through sales made during the mission.

It does not exist:

  • no fixed payment
  • no guaranteed benefit
  • No products offered.
  • No compensation other than commission.

No sales generated = no commission due.

5. Mandatory conditions for receiving commissions

In order to receive commissions, the creator must absolutely:

  • to have a legal status allowing it to invoice or collect income

(e.g., independent contractor, company, self-employed,
(equivalent status depending on the country)

  • to be compliant with tax and social security obligations in one's country of activity
  • provide any legal information requested by Saga Coffee or the affiliate platform
  • declare your income in accordance with current legislation

👉 Otherwise, Saga Coffee reserves the right to:

  • suspend commission payments,
  • cancel unpaid commissions,
  • deactivate the affiliate account, without this giving rise to any compensation.

6. Creator's Responsibility

The creator is solely responsible:

  • of his administrative, fiscal and social situation,
  • of his income tax return,
  • respect for the laws applicable in his country.

Saga Coffee cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any failure of
creator to its legal obligations.

7. Communication and image

The creator agrees to:

  • present the program as a recommendation via affiliation
  • not to present oneself as an ambassador, partner or official representative of Saga Coffee
  • not to suggest the existence of a privileged or long-term collaboration

Any misleading communication may result in the immediate deactivation of the
account, without payment of pending commissions.

8. Modification or
program stoppage

Saga Coffee reserves the right to:

  • modify the program conditions,
  • modify the commission rules,
  • suspend or stop the program,

at any time, without notice or compensation.

9. Acceptance of
terms

Enrolling in the Creator Affiliate program involves:

  • reading,
  • understanding,
  • and the unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
